I am a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience that includes child development and parenting, young adult individuation and separation, mid-life crisis resolution, and facing the challenges of advancing age. My therapy style is informal, warm and direct. I provide a safe, accepting place to explore and process feelings, develop self-awareness and new coping skills, and grow in ways that foster life satisfaction.
I am also available to help you plan for end-of-life care, including the completion of Advance Directive documents.

I will help you explore your life experiences, and will gently challenge you to be open to new ways of thinking and coping, in order to develop resilience for the ups and downs of life’s journey.

I see clients throughout the state of California via telehealth. I work with adults of all ages and specialize in anxiety, stress, depression and life transitions using a variety of modalities.
